Bresaola Salad

Bresaola Burrata Salad


  • 4oz Citterio Fresco® Bresaola
  • Arugula
  • 6-8oz Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
  • 1 Lemon
  • Extra Virgin Olive OIl
  • Pepper
  • Pine Nuts (optional)

- Place arugula in the center of your plate.

- Fold 3-4 slices of Bresaola over the arugula.

- Using a vegetable peeler, shave long shards of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese on top of the Bresaola.

- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and the juice of one lemon.

- Sprinkle with pepper and pine nuts if desired.
