Bresaola con Burrata e Pesche Grigliate

Bresaola Burrata Salad


  • Citterio Fresco® Bresaola - sliced
  • Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 2 peaches, quartered
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 burrata cheese, cut into quarters

Preheat a grill with medium-high heat. Toss the peaches in 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat until grill marked and slightly soft, about 2 minutes per side.

Place arugula on a plate. Lay 4 - 6 slices of Bresaola on top of arugula.

Top with grilled fruit. Add to the side 1/4 burrata. Top with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and squeeze a small amount of lemon juice.
