Spiedino con Pesce e Speck

 

  • 1 Package Citterio Fresco SpeckCrostini Asparagus Prosciutto
  • Scallops
  • Large Shrimp
  • Rosemary
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper

Sear Scallops.

Cook Shrimp in butter, olive oil and garlic.

Assemble: Fold 1 slice of Speck on a skewer, then add 1 scallop (or 1 shrimp), then fold speck, then another scallop or shrimp, then fold speck, then another scallop or shrim, then fold the final end of speck.

Please a piece of Rosemary at the top.
