Bresaola Burrata Salad

  • 1 package Citterio Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cantaloupe
  • 1 Honeydew
  • Olive Oli - optional
  • Fresh Mint, chopped - optional

Flower slices of Prosciutto on a plate. Using a Melon Baller, place balls of Cantaloupe and Honeydew on top of Prosciutto.

Optional: Drizzle with olive oil and chopped fresh mint.
