Crostini Asparagus Prosciutto

  • Risotto (cooked to your preference)
  • 1 package Citterio Prosciutto di Parma or Fresco Prosciutto
  • 12 Asparagus Spears

Cook Risotto to your preference.

Cook Asparagus Spears to your preference.

Once Asparagus is cooked, wrap 1 spear with 1 slice Prosciutto.

Place wrapped Asparagus on top of cooked Risotto.
